The owners wanted to update the exterior of this 1970's house on a spectacular waterfront site in the heart of Ocean City, MD. The house is transformed through the use of columned porches, traditional replacement windows, and the addition of dormers to the rooflines. The project also included a new garage / guest house, and a new pool pavilion.
